I'm trying to confirm what this is. There are some stickers missing, and the forks have no brake hole. I didn't read anything about forks with no brake hole, or the 4 digit number on the bottom of the BB. Also, the assortment of other parts on it. I assume some were replaced by previous owner, but was wondering if they were built with non Hutch parts like that.
