Mix first 4 ingredients together well. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet and then form into balls. Chill overnight. Melt chocolate chips and parafin in double boiler pan. Use toothpick to dip chilled balls into chocolate mixture. Let chocolate harden before serving. Will keep well in air tight container or tin.
