Still around 2.34 +/- here in Sylacauga. I think this is a ploy for election, and it will go back up. Y'all have reaped a lot of benefits by moving to Tenn. I am so glad for you.
Butch, so far everything has been so fine. We love this big church that we have become a part of now. Such a strong outreach program. Jabco would love to be a part of it knowing his conviction to reaching the unchurched. The big plus is all their assets. Back to good news bad news, the one hit we have taken is a 9% tax on the dollar vs 8% in Al. True, they do not have a state income tax, but none of our income is taxed by the state...hit for 1%. However, if I get in money troubles...they have a lottery.
Ivy I saw Jabo at our class reunion. Judy said he was going to a Dr to see if he could have surgery on his knee I think. Butch how is he doing now? Tell him I said hello.
Jabo is not doing very well. No one will do the surgery because of the rather large anuriesm (sp)that he has. It would probably go very bad if they did surgery. He and Judy are getting a divorce apparently. She has moved out and he is about to move into an apartment. Bad situation. He can hardly walk and has to use one of those wheeled walkers. It is a bad situation all the way around. I feel sorry for him.
