When I saw that opinion piece in the DH I immediately thought of Don Stephens.
As I read down and saw that the writer is 81 years young, that clinched it and of course the signature at the end confirmed my conclusion. I saw the obit for Pop and remembered the days that he and James were leaders on the Tiger football team.

I also saw an obit for Billy Joe Ogle. Don you mentioned to me a while back that he was living in Alpine or maybe C'burg. I assume that this is the same Billy Joe who went to Comer way, way back. His family lived next door to us in Dairyland for period of time. The obit mentioned some brothers none of whom I recall.
