I am a English student who is Studying the Vietnam war for my GCSEs and I am currently writing a piece of coursework on this subject. one of the points i have to cover is why there was support for the war at the start, and i was hoping if anyone would be so kind as to email me (ajxe1985@aol.com) with anything that could help me answer this, as i have found pleanty of info about why people opposed the war, but not why people supported it. Any emails will be very useful, thank you
check out "Why Nations go to War" 8th ed, by John Stoessinger, in the section entitled a Greek Tragedy in five parts.
