Re: valentines day

Oh mr. stigant, you must realise by now, im not your average woman - that survey just goes to prove it, with my love for purple and fiats - as for valentines day - it sucks aaaaaaaaggggggggggggghhhhhhhhh - roll on sunday !!! Me and wayne decided not to bother with the hype we didnt buy any shop tat or overpriced flowers, instead we'll spend the money we saved on making cars go faster, ride lower and look cooler !!! Bah humbug - rant over.......

Re: valentines day

So there's no chance for me as I drive a grey Fiat!

And if that's not bad enough, I have a brown car as well

Re: Re: valentines day

Now they are SEXY looking cars Theo so just goes to prove these 'surveys' are a load of 'tosh'. After all, who in their right mind would even look at a bloke who drives a Ford except, of course, to give him a sympathetic glance and wonder when he has to go back to the asylum......
One thing the survey was right about however, is that a bloke's car to us Gals is ALL IMPORTANT - if he's ugly a paper bag can always be utilised over the bonce......(with a couple of eye holes cut out of course to enable safe driving.)
Can't understand this bit about Fiat cars not being thought of as 'sexy'. Kirsty is always being asked by blokes if she would sell her PURPLE coupe to them. It has to be said they are usually in Seats or Toyotas so this request is TOTALLY understandable. She smiles and roars off leaving them wishing - Bless Her!!!

Re: valentines day

how odd this, have had women drolling over the 130coupe, and kiddy racers seem intrested in the 125 Neil

Re: Re: valentines day

Just shows how discerning they are!!
Jo

Re: valentines day

Hi Jo, do you think the 2300 saloon is a crumpet puller? have not noticed!

Re: valentines day

You're using the wrong soap.

Since I put the 125 on the road I've been fighting the birds off with a stick.

Re: valentines day

i take it you mean pigions ect? been out in mine! Saturday just gone! cruzzzzzing on the M25 at 55mph, she was purring!

Re: valentines day

Wow theo, your 131 is stunning

Re: Re: valentines day

55mph on the M25!!!! Now I know you have lost it Neil - WHO can do 55 mph on the M25!?!?!? Not sure about the 2300 being a crumpet puller only if they are a member of the KGB! Think you would stand more chance in a 130 Coupe or as Deputy Dawg says the 125.. Now the Panda that is something else again - THAT is a definite Bird Puller and we are not talking pigeons here......
Jo

Re: valentines day

Thank you!

Re: valentines day

Hi, Jim, aren't they supposed to beat you with the stick or something!
I don't believe that ins co findings but perhaps times change?
When I was a Fiat 500 in the 1960's the most successful guys seemed to be the ones with some old van and a mattress in the back. It was a good line "sometimes I work away and sleep in the van" Girl - "is it comfortable?"
"well, do you want to try it?"
I should have changed my soap Jim!
The only guys who had Elan, E type etc usually had a flat somewhere handy!

Re: valentines day

These so called "surveys" are utter nonsense.Never heard such a load of c***!

Maybe times have changed, but you know what they say about a guy who "needs a large expensive car" ?..........

Well, let's put like this ..I don't need a Ferrari.
