I\'m from Costa Rica. I\'m looking for information about my grandfather Luis Williams. He served in Vietnam as an SP6. I found in his grave that he was in the TRP B of the 71 AIR CAV. He died in 1972 and his last residence was in Daleville, Dale, Alabama. If someone knew him or knows how I can find information about him, please write me an email. My father never met him and we would like to know something about him.

Thank you

While there I served with a great bunch of guys. I would like to fling Fernando carabra, who is in Puerto Rico. He posted a few years back. Or any others who still can remember me. Thank you to all of us who survived.

Hello, I own an OH-6 that flew in B troop 7/17th. I’m looking for crew and pictures of OH-6A 65-12986. It flew with you guys from July-Oct of 1967, until it was shot down and sent back to Culver City for repairs. It’s currently needing a full restoration, but hope to get it up and flying one of these days. Feel free to email me anytime.

While searching for some of my units survivor helicopters, I ran across one of your Loaches located at the Russell Aviation Museum . There are some photos of her on their site and thought she might be of interest to any of you guys who flew her in Vietnam. I believe she had a tail rotor failure in Vietnam 2/68 but was rebuilt. The crew members were R.S. Young and J R Ehrhartt. 65-1297....
